It's essential to acknowledge that when someone claims a skill does not necessarily mean they are a master in that area. For example, I consider myself a photographer. Although I may not have a degree in photography or as much experience as some deem necessary to be considered an expert, I am constantly pushing myself to improve. I take on photo sessions and continuously learn about the profession; therefore, I am a photographer. It's worth remembering, be it your expectation or mine, as long as someone continually develops the crucial skills, claiming to be something is the first step towards mastering it.
