There are days when I sense the Universe is a force that could swallow my existence without leaving a crumb of evidence - a wave of exhaustion mixed with determination covers me as I stagger into the midst of the chaos licking my wounds and sharpening my tongue. The battle rages around me but mostly inside me. I am my worst enemy, but I am aware of others and their ill intent. Their pain cloaks their eyes from seeing past what their hearts are feeling. We all must choose between good and evil on this day.
