Sit in Peace, Feb 5, 2023

“A man who gets revenge after 40 years has acted in haste.”

“Take away the sword of your enemy.”

Both of these sayings influenced me as the timing and delivery were perfect. But it took a couple of years for me to draw my conclusion before I could sit in peace with them.

I decided I’d rather take away the sword from my enemies than get a cramp in my neck from watching over my shoulder for 40 years.
