You are a sponge soaking up the last drop of my affection. I am overcome by your presence and desire to provide emotional sustenance and the physical provisions you need to grow to be a strong, healthy, and emotionally stable individual who is able and willing to provide a service to others. You are the next generation, and I desire to be the vision that nourishes your heart. Witness my acts of deliberate goodness, dependability, and diligence, and know they will be your walk into adolescence, your umbrella in the storms of young adulthood, and the ground on which you stand as an adult.
