We are fighting a spiritual war, and it starts in our minds and our hearts. Both science and religion agree that as a man thinks he is in his heart, so is he in his life. For the past few months, I have been on the struggle bus going from one appointment to another, trying to nail down what is wrong. But recently, I was reminded my life moves in the direction of my strongest thoughts which encouraged me to return to meditating on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable to get healthy from the inside out. To think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise puts me in a place where peace is with me.
