Imagine using words like magical and amazing to describe your life! When you learn to love yourself correctly, love God completely, and others with compassion, you will use words like these because you allow the light to come in and brighten the inside, where the darkness can cloud the mind. The challenge is loving correctly, completely, and with compassion daily.

You can do this by repeatedly reading the word, concentrating on His goodness until it becomes a way of life, and asking yourself if what you are doing right now is worth it. Before long, you and those around you will believe in the power of your practice.

Now take a moment, breathe in, and with a soft exhale, tell yourself, "I love you" take a timeout for God, and when the opportunity presents itself, ask, "How can I help?"
